In a remarkable act of philanthropy, the Eniola Home Place Foundation has brought joy to the people of Idanre by awarding scholarships to 28 primary school pupils and providing grants to over 150 market women.
Deacon Hon. Mayokun Akinmoladun, addressing the gathering, stated that the initiative reflects the humanitarian vision of Oluwatosin Blessing Eniola for his community. He noted that this annual gesture is rooted in a family tradition of giving back to society.
Oluwatosin Eniola, Co-founder of the Eniola Home Place Foundation, CEO of Enitee Investment Nigeria Limited, and CEO of IBK Autos, emphasized the transformative potential of purposeful interventions. He announced future commitments of the foundation, including providing potable water, launching youth skill acquisition programs, and sponsoring free JAMB registration for 500 candidates in 2025. Eniola expressed gratitude to partners and contributors for their support in making the initiative a success.
The scholarship awards also extended to a standout student who achieved the highest JAMB score of 350 from Idanre, showcasing the foundation’s dedication to academic excellence.
Mr. Akinbolaji Thompson, proprietor of Hephzibah Schools and a representative of the National Association of Proprietors of Private Schools in Idanre, praised Mr. Eniola for his impactful contributions. Similarly, Mr. Jones Akinyimika, a parent of one of the scholarship recipients, expressed heartfelt gratitude and prayed for Mr. Eniola’s continued success.
Pastor Eniola Rowland Oluwole, father of Oluwatosin Eniola, highlighted the importance of giving back to the less privileged, likening the act to God’s gift of Jesus to the world. He encouraged his son to persist in his charitable endeavors, which he described as a key to divine blessings.
Hon. Adekunle Akinlalu also commended the philanthropic efforts of Mr. Eniola and called on other well-placed individuals from Idanre to emulate his example.
The event underscored the foundation’s dedication to improving lives in Idanre and its commitment to creating lasting positive impacts in the community.
