The Kings and Queen Citadel Academy had on the 28th of July 2023, celebrated her second anniversary with the end of the session party.
This was held in the school compound at Aule road, off Ilesa Garage, Akure, Ondo State.
Kings and Queen Citadel Academy was created two years ago with the vision of developing and impacting meaningfully on the younger generation to provide affordable and quality education for the students.
In his words, Engineer Toba Akinde, who is the CEO and Founder of the school, said ” the passion for human development and impacting meaningfully on the youths had made him establish this great school. He emphasized the rate at which the number of Pupils is increasing on a daily basis. The school comprises of Kindergarten, Nursery, Primary and Senior Secondary schools respectively.
Engineer Toba Akinde is an indigene of Idanre, in Idanre local government area of Ondo State, a graduate of Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the prestigious citadel of learning, Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife, Osun State.
He retired in March 2023 as a Director of Engineering in the Ondo State Water Resources.
Facilities in the school include; a standard science laboratory, ICT, school busses, recreational center, uninterrupted power supply through solar/inverter energy, and professional staff.
The anniversary exhibited a colorful display of cultural dance, choreography, and presentation of gifts to students and staff of the school.
