Idanre was agog last weekend as youths of Idanre/Ifedore organized 1million movement as an avenue to show solidarity, love and appreciation for Hon. Festus Akingbaso, member representing Idanre constituency. The movement started at MTD roundabout where the youths trooped out numerously to show their appreciation and love in dancing and singing of solidarity songs in support of Hon. Akingbaso for the position of member house of representatives. Members of the society showered encomiums on Hon Akingbaso as the market women turned their trays and gallons of palm oil to instruments to add melody to the solidarity songs for the movement. In his address, Hon. Dele Olanegan drew the attention of people from Idanre/Ifedore Federal Constituency to some of the developmental strides by Hon. Akingbaso in the areas of renovation of school buildings, construction of bridges, building of markets, free jamb registration for students across Idanre/Ifedore local governments and millions of gift empowerment to Idanre/Ifedore federal constituency.
