REFORMITE CLUB CELEBRATES YEAR END WITH GET TOGETHER……. EBAF Presents Scholarship Award to Akintan Adedoyin

The Reformite Club of Idanre, one of the leading community development group in the Idanre Local Government Area, held its end-of-the-year celebration on December 28, 2024. The event, hosted at the residence of Reformite Mayokun Akinmoladun, brought together members and guests to mark another year of impactful service to the community.
The club, established in 1988, has consistently embarked on developmental initiatives in Idanre. These include providing educational support to underprivileged students and committing to furthering community development projects.
In his address, the club’s president, Reformite Omololu Omotadowa, reaffirmed their dedication to supporting secondary school students in the community through scholarships and other educational initiatives.
Speaking on future plans, the club’s secretary, Reformite Olaleye Akintububo, revealed an ambitious project to construct a clubhouse, which is expected to serve as both a social hub and a tourist attraction.
Reformite Mayokun Akinmoladun, the club’s Public Relations Officer, expressed gratitude for the lives of members and announced the club’s openness to admitting new members of proven character. Hon. Oladipupo Oyewole was welcomed as a new member during the event.
Highlighting the event was a scholarship award presented by Engr. Benson Ajisegiri on behalf of the Engineer Benson Ajisegiri Foundation (EBAF) to Master Akintan Adedoyin Emmanuel, as the second-highest scorer in the 2024 JAMB examination in Idanre with an impressive 298. A scholarship cheque of ₦550,000 was presented to the awardee that will cover his tuition, accommodation, and other expenses for one academic year.

The Reformite Club continues to inspire and contribute significantly to the development of Idanre, fostering unity and progress in the community.
